All items take about 24-72 hours to process before shipping.

Orders placed Monday-Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday.
SHARKBOROUGH cannot promise to process or ship orders on holidays:
New Years Eve
Christmas Day

Domestic Orders
All domestic orders, once your order is shipped we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date.
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order as quickly as possible.
We are unable to ship to PO box and military addresses.
SHARKBOROUGH is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

International Orders
We can ship to most of the address in the world. If shipping information is not provided for your country during checkout, please email us for a shipping quote at info@sharkborough.com
If customers are shipping to a destination outside of the US, delivery time can take up to 15 business days in some cases.

Duties and Taxes
Prices or shipping costs on the site do not include taxes and duties.
Please be aware that any customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with international orders are the customer’s responsibility and will be due upon receipt when applicable.

Refused Delivery
If you refuse or are unable to accept a delivery, you will remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, customs, and taxes incurred on the package.

Holiday Seasons
Please keep in mind that all shipping services are delayed during the busy season. Give yourself extra time to have your order delivered! We are not able to guarantee delivery during the holiday season.

Please note
We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.
All shipping, customs, and insurance costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
All sale items are final.

Warranty Policy
For genuine leather product, our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship three months from the date of purchase.
For textile product, our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship six months from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sharkborough.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should post your product to the nearest warehouse we emailed you.

You will be responsible for paying for all original shipping charges for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
