Warranty Policy
  • For genuine leather product, our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship three months from the date of purchase. 
  • For textile product, our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship six months from the date of purchase. 

Shipping

  • All items take anywhere from 24-48 hours to process before shipping.
  • Orders placed Monday-Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

SHARKBOROUGH cannot promise to process or ship orders during the following holidays:

 

  • New Years Eve
  • Christmas Day

 

Domestic Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive it within 5-7 business days.  
  • Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we will do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
  • We are unable to ship to PO box and military addresses.
  • SHARKBOROUGH is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

 

International Orders

We can ship to most addresses worldwide, including Canada, USA, Latin America, parts of the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. If shipping information is not provided for your country during checkout, please email us for a shipping quote at info@sharkborough.com

 

If customers are shipping to a destination outside of the US, then delivery can take up to 15 business days.

 

Duties and Taxes

Prices and shipping costs listed on our site do not include taxes and duties.

Please be aware that any customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with international orders are the customer’s responsibility and will be due upon receipt when applicable.

 

Refused Delivery

If you refuse or are unable to accept a delivery, you will remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, customs, and taxes incurred on the package.

 

Holiday Seasons

Keep in mind that all shipping services may be delayed during the busy season. Please order ahead of time to allow extra time for your order to arrive when you need it! We are not able to guarantee prompt delivery during the holiday season.
